Product Description

Product Overview

High pressure composite vessels are advanced storage containers designed to hold gases under extremely high pressure while maintaining minimal weight and maximum structural strength. These vessels are made by combining a lightweight liner with high strength fiber reinforcements through filament winding technology.

They are widely used in hydrogen storage systems compressed natural gas vehicles self contained breathing apparatus medical gas transport and aerospace applications where safety weight and performance are critical.

Core Structure

Each high pressure composite vessel includes a gas tight liner and a continuous fiber wrap. The liner ensures internal gas containment while the composite overwrap provides structural integrity and pressure resistance. Depending on application the liner may be made of aluminum or polymer and the fiber material includes carbon fiber glass fiber or a hybrid.

We specialize in manufacturing Type III composite vessels which use an aluminum liner fully wrapped with high performance composite fibers. This structure provides the best balance between gas compatibility low weight and high pressure performance.
