Production Introduction

The titanium impeller is titanium forging machined and assembled according to the drawings provided by our company's collaborators. According to different drawings and material requirements provided by customers, our company can meet the processing of titanium impellers of different sizes and materials. The raw materials for the titanium impeller will meet the requirements for heat treatment, Ultrasonic Testing (UT) Penetrant Testing (PT), and other testings per the customer's requests before machining.

Applications:

 

The titanium impeller is one of the most important parts of an engine, and it has high requirements for dimensional accuracy, microstructure, and mechanical properties. The titanium impeller is commonly used in water treatment and navigation. The titanium impeller machining will follow strict processes from raw material procurement, materials treatment, forging, and precision machining to the packing to make sure the impellers will meet the customer's requirements.

 

Deliver date:

The production time for the titanium impeller will take arond 50 days once orders are valid. International shipping time will depend on the current shipping status (approximately around 35days).

 

Packaging:

The package box will be laminate wooden boxes for outer packaging with 4 pcs or more internal card slots to stabilize the goods in the case. In order to avoid bumping bumps in transportation, the polyethylene foamed sheet is used to wrap the cargo and fill the gap with foam.
