Structure and Composition of titanium-aluminium Plate:

Structural Composition: it is usually used a dual-layer composite structure of “titanium layer + aluminum layer.” The titanium layer, usually 0.2–0.5mm thick, primarily provides the corrosion resistance and reinforcement, and  varying from 1.0–2.85mm in thickness, serves as the substrate ensuring lightweight properties and machinability. It can also be processed into composite structures like honeycomb panels, e.g., 30mm honeycomb panel (2.0mm titanium-aluminum sheet + 17mm honeycomb core + 1.0mm aluminum sheet).
