Product Introduction:

Hot-Rolled Titanium Composite Sheet is a high-performance bimetallic/multi-metallic material, made by laminating titanium (cladding layer) with base metals (carbon steel, alloy steel, etc.) via advanced hot rolling under high temperature and pressure. It combines titanium’s excellent corrosion resistance, high specific strength with base metals’ cost-effectiveness and processability, balancing performance and cost savings.​​​​​​​

 

Core Manufacturing Process:

It adopts a scientific and rigorous process flow, ensuring the stability of product quality and the reliability of interface bonding. The key steps are as follows:

surface treatment of raw materials fitting and sealing to form composite blanks  heating to 900~1000℃differential temperature rolling if neededmulti-pass hot rolling to the final thickness (when carrying out this key process, we must control the first pass reduction rate at 25%~35% and the total reduction rate at 50%~70%, and perform supplementary pre-cooling on the base metal during the pass interval to maintain the temperature difference.)  rolling  heat treatment and finishing edge cutting and surface cleaning  the finished product。
